RETURNS

• All returns will be dealt with on an individual basis.
• Please e mail us with any of your concerns - refer Contact Us page.
• As soon as your parcel arrives, please check for any manufacturing faults
• We post so many items it's very hard to check each individual piece.
• Goods must be returned within 7 days - buyer is to pay for return postal costs
• A Credit will be issued to your account, if the return warrants this action.
• Garments must not be worn and the tags must be attached.
• Damaged or worn goods will not be accepted back for credit.
• Garments will be exchanged only if we have the same garment in stock, otherwise a store credit may be issued.
• When returning products please return in the same packaging condition it was sent, along with your details.

PAYMENT

• Cheques must be cleared before items are posted

Credit Card Payments can be made via the Pay Pal Link, you do not have to have a Pay Pal account to use this service. During the checkout process you will be directed to the Pay Pal site if you choose that method of payment.

FREIGHT

• Australian Buyers
• Goods will be posted Registered or Overnight Express Post within Australia 
• Flat Rate of $11.00 Post & Handling Applies
• Large Orders will be posted Registered Mail
• Overseas Buyers
• Overseas Goods are posted Air Mail - Delivery time is 7 - 10 days
• Overseas Buyers - you will be charged the flat rate of $11.00AU
• Any additional freight cost due to weight, we will email you for approval then send you another invoice for the additional freight.
• You can purchase your items, and we will e mail you with the freight charges. We only charge what it costs us to ship overseas.
• Registered Post overseas is available at an additional cost 
• Some countries charge import duties on large orders so check your regulations

LAY-BY  Lay-a-way  Option Plan  Welcome

Lay-By Service is Offered - 25% Deposit Required - payments every two weeks

As our stock is constantly changing we offer a lay by lay-a-way  service for people who wish to purchase our products. When Placing your order please inform us by email that you wish to lay by and pay off your order.

A 25% Deposit is required within 48 hours after the order has been placed and additional payments every two weeks.

Australian Buyers - Direct Bank your Deposit with your Invoice Number or Name as a reference. Pay Pal is not offered for Australian Buyers using lay-by  lay-a-way  payment plan. Pay Pal is Welcome for Australian Buyers paying the full amount of orders at the time of purchase. We send thank you e mails when we receive a payment and gentle reminder e mails when a payment is due.

Overseas Buyers - Please choose Direct Bank Method in Checkout Process. We will then send you a Pay Pal Invoice for the 25% Deposit and send Pay Pal Invoices every two weeks until the order is paid in full. We will work with you as to when you would like to receive the Pay Pal Invoice and amount you would like to pay.

On completion the order will be dispatched within 48 hours of the order being paid in full.

Failure to Respond to Statements or to Pay Periodic Payments will result in the lay-by lay-a-way plan being cancelled and the items returned to stock

Cancelled Lay-By Orders;  A 10% re stocking fee applies to all cancelled lay-by  lay-a-way orders. Refund or Store Credit may be issued for the balance. Overseas Cancelled Orders will incur a further 5% cancellation fee to cover Pay Pal Fees.
